Ocean Vegan

Vegan for the ocean

1 Can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/4 C Dill Pickles finely chopped
1/4 C Purple Onion finely chopped
1 Stalk Celery finely chopped
1 Carrot shredded
2 Tbs Vegan mayo
2 1/2 tsp Mustard
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Dill
8-10 grinds of fresh Black Pepper

Smash chickpeas with a fork or potato masher. Mix in all other ingredients. Serve on toasted bread with avocado, tomato and sprouts.
